Job Description

• Identify and assess our florist/partners needs to achieve overall customer satisfaction with our services
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with our florist partners through open and interactive communication.
• Communicate on a daily basis with partners and be their problem solver
• Visitation of key partners throughout Malaysia to deepen relationships and asses operational environment
• Renegotiate pricing terms with our partners upon assessment by management
• Manage and tabulate inventory of Flower Chimp goods for partners

• Excellent communication skills
• Creative & critical thinking
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Being empathetic and reasonable in high stress situations
• Must be fluent written / speaking in English and Malay while knowing Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus!
