Job Description
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Maintain the employee handbook through regular reviews and update where necessary, especially where there are legislation changes
- Develop and deploy employee engagement initiatives, and implement retention strategies
- Manage disputes and grievances effectively
- Management of exits, including conducting of exit interviews to reduce regret attrition
- Prepare monthly payroll, claims & overtime calculations
- Assist with office supplies procurement, office cleanliness & office space planning
- Handling daily payments functions
- Any other ad hoc duties requested by the Company
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business Admin/Management specializing in Human Resources Management
- HR experience in E-commerce & technology industry will be an added advantage
- Highly organized, self-motivated, able to work independently
