Job Description
- Lead and manage the team responsible for telling the company story
- Provide strategic guidance on identifying and engaging with media, analysts, and influencers
- Provide creative direction on brand-level video, web, and graphic design projects
- Develop & execute our social media & community strategy
- Make data-driven decisions to move the team and our content forward and hit company goals
- Proven and visible marketing veteran, with experience creating content for the web across several disciplines (text, design, video, etc.) and media (blogging, guides, whitepapers, research, infographics, podcasts, etc)
- Driven by creative intuition but able to gut check and course-correct with data, as well as report results and optimize using data.
Job Requirements
- A successful background as a Senior Creative
- An impressive portfolio of work that showcases a mix of UX/UI visual Design skills along with Branding and Digital Marketing
- Experience with Branding
- Full project life cycle experience from concept through to completion
- Experience designing for complex systems across Desktop and Mobile applications.
- Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work
- Excellent project management and organization skills, expert multi-tasker and operational thinker who always looks for efficiencies
- Flexible and nimble, understanding that priorities, projects (and inventory) may shift; thrive in a fast-paced environment
- KPI-driven
- Ability to prioritize, and support communication for support stakeholder alignment
- Strong written, visual and oral communication skills; able to prepare collateral and deliverable for senior management team
- Strong understanding of digital and social platforms as well as their use within marketing and advertising
- Expert Experience of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Professional attitude; self-managed, self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a keen sense of urgency
- Prior experience with photo shoots
