About The Job

  • Provide the best customer support for customer inquiries
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. 
  • Maintain a smooth workflow and handle distribution of orders to partners
  • Manage overall Customer Experience operations with partners
  • Any other duties may be deemed appropriate to this role that is assigned by supervisor 

Job Requirements

  • Min. SPM graduate with experience in fast moving consumer environment (e-commerce customer support preferred)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is an advantage
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc) and Google web products (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Possess great personality with a can do attitude
  • Responsible, fast learner, interpersonal skills and a strong spirit of teamwork
  • Good time/organizational management and critical thinking abilities
  • Must be able to speak or read Mandarin / Cantonese
