Job Description

• FlexPass is an employee benefit company focusing on corporate fitness
• We are creating an industry first corporate fitness platform for our clients to solve a key problem in the employee benefits space

• Be the lead at developing our native/hybrid mobile application 
• Contribute in idea/brainstorm sessions of adding and implementing new features
• Monitor the live app’s performance and continuous improve it
• Follow OOAD principle, design patterns and coding best practices
• Write codes to implement the app requirements in the most robust, efficient and timely way
• Work with Customer Sales and Support team to continuously improve our product for our clients, partners and users

• A team player and also a coach to eventually lead a team
• Generally comfortable with sharing your opinions
• Obsessed with continuously improving our product and user experience
• Always thinking about the scalability and maintainability of a product

Job Requirements

• You have 1-3 years of experience in native mobile developments (combined Android and/or IOS)
• Strong CS fundamentals and familiarity with a platform’s framework
• Experience in integration with RESTful API, 3rd party libraries and troubleshooting native builds
• Ability to translate design, wireframes and written requirements into functional systems
• Have worked in development of Android/IOS apps from the ground up
