Job Description

• Contribute to the exploration, analysis, development, execution, and measurement of analytical solutions that are critical to the organization
• Train and work closely with team members across various organization functions to execute on dashboards and reporting outputs
• Work with data engineers and solutions architects to build a robust data infrastructure to develop a data centric culture across the organization
• Develop from the ground up the processes, systems and procedures for analytics and facilitating the efficient flow of data between different data sources and relevant data consumers

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role
• Proven experience in producing reporting, dashboards and visualizing insights using Tableau
• Broad knowledge of business concepts and operational metrics
• Able to impart knowledge to non-technical team members on analytics concepts and utilization of Tableau
• Ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional, pioneering capacity
• Programming skills in SQL required; Python is a plus
• Experience in exploratory data analysis and familiarity with advanced quantitative analysis and statistical techniques
• Comfortable working with modern data technologies and familiarity with database modeling and data warehousing principles
• Ability to work effectively with data engineers to meet the data needs of the business, translating business needs into analytical requirements
• Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner with leadership teams and other team members to influence strategy
