Job Description

Our outbound specialist role is to introduce our company's products and services to companies in Klang Valley. While being the oldest fire safety company in Malaysia, and over 4 million fire extinguishers sold, we have a lot more to offer to businesses. Alongside our branding & marketing team, this role is to shine light on the holistic services that we offer in the realm of fire safety.

Some responsibilities include (but not limited to):

To generate leads by introducing our services and products to businesses. Our products are 100% needed by businesses as it is a requirement by the government.
To research on the contact number & person-in-charge from a list of company that will be provided.
To provide the leads to our sales team for them convert into customers.
To conduct business development calls to potential businesses.
To handle simple sales inquiries and close them.
To handle basic questions posed by customers regarding the company products and services (training will be provided).
Market Research to develop warm leads

Job Requirements

Here at Fire Fighter Industry, we don't care if you were a high school drop-out or a Harvard drop-out. All we care is that you are willing to learn and have a growth mindset.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Amazing selling skills. Being able to sell ice cream to an eskimo.
Excellent communication skills with the major languages in Malaysia.
Being able to work cross-functionally with different teams.
Possessing a can-do, resilient attitude.
