Job Description

We're looking for curious, passionate individuals for our innovations team. For this position, our main goal is to introduce our first-in-Malaysia service to our current and potential customers.

This is not a sales role, but you must be comfortable communicating verbally, may it be via phone calls, Whatsapp chats, emails or face-to-face.

To make outbound calls to introduce Malaysia's first online scheduler for servicing of fire extinguishers
To provide more information on our services via Whatsapp Chat.
To work closely with the rest of the Innovations team in ideation of new processes and workflows to increase efficiency within the department.
