We're looking for someone with a creative eye(or eyes) to create content that has never been done before. We're known to have created pretty controversial content that has even gotten Facebook to ban our page for awhile (we got that sorted out!).
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to experiment with radical content may it be via graphic designing or photography.

Here at Fire Fighter Industry, we don't care if you were a high school drop-out or a Harvard drop-out. All we care is that you are willing to learn and have a growth mindset.
For this position, we do expect some technical skills to make it easier to achieve success.

Skills needed:
1. Facebook & Instagram Ad Setup
2. A/B Testing, measure the performance of CTAs and improve conversion rate consistently.
3. Optimize the marketing conversion paths.
4. Optimize lead-to-customer conversion rate.
5. Aid in creating social media marketing strategy and campaign by aiding in the creation of content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules.
6. Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging inbound marketing, SEO, email, mail campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition.
7. Build social media marketing strategy and execute it through competitive and audience research. 
8. Optimize company pages with each social media platform to increase the company’s social content visibility.
9. Achieve audience engagement, website traffic, and revenue by exploiting all digital marketing aspects of social media marketing roadmap.
