Job Description

Your job duties are to act as a sounding board for the CIO regarding new ideas and strategies, communicate with other executives, clients, and stakeholders, take meeting notes and attend meetings on the CIO’s behalf, and help the CIO prioritize their time. Trust, Reliability & Confidentiality is of utmost importance in this role as information will be shared freely between the CIO and you. Your key role is to ensure the all business matters of the CIO are organized.

Your day to day role includes but not limited to, assisting the CIO in all business related matters, keeping up and following up with business partners and collaborators, research and providing insights to the CIO in business matters.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Chief Innovation Officer at Fire Fighter Industry
Act as the main consultant to the CEO
Organize meetings with partners and clients
Handling correspondence with teammates in the innovations team
Taking down minutes for meetings
Maintaining close relationships with news publishing partners (PR)
Aiding in execution of plans of the C.I.O.
Giving insights to the C.I.O.

Job Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in consulting and operations
Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for productive collaboration across varying departments
Detail-oriented and data-driven
Possess an encouraging, can-do attitude
Effective manager
Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills
Business-minded and a strategic planner
Proven problem solver who can make clear-headed decisions while under pressure
Ability to analyze and compile large sets of data and present effective reports
Highly experienced with project coordinating and management
Self-motivated and self-sufficient
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field;
3+ years' experience in a leadership/management role
Proven creative thinker with strong business acuity
