- Reply the inquiries from Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp
- Reply emails from audiences
- Moderate Facebook page and groups
- Follow up with course student
- Knowledge base building

Job Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (verbal & written)
- Good typing speed
- Expected skills in Microsoft Office
- Possess at least SPM/O-level, have knowledge in finance and investment
- Familiar with basic financial knowledge and the function of trading platform
- Assisting in ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Hardworking, confidence, leadership, sociable
- Preferred candidate with customer service experience
