Job Description

As a customer service executive, you will be persistent and patient enough to liaise with clients from different industry. You will need to be good in your customer relation and always ready to provide help to others. Coming out with retention plan and program would be the best solution to that we have high retention rate. Share and think strategies that would bring profit and also acquire the best ideas. 

Job Requirements

We a looking for a candidate with

  1. Strong verbal communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus)
  2. At least 1-year experience in customer service (Past experience servicing for banking, finance or real estate industry is a plus)
  3. Able to work on shift and public holiday
