About The Job

Job scope:
  • Able to work together as a team to fulfill individual and partners’ sales targets.
  • Offer customers with adequate financial advice and promote Life Insurance and General Insurance products.
  • Able to keep track of weekly activity.
  • To identify the potential and capabilities of team members and offer support in the process.
  • Constantly motivate and boost morale amongst team members.
  • Able to constantly build and expand the team.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level.
  • Possess of professional Certificate such as PCE, CEILI, CUTE, IPPC or any Financial Planning related Certificate will be at advantage..
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Sales.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply. 
  • Immediate Starter preferred.
  • Self-motivated and committed, with a desire to achieve goals and targets.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to set and maintain high standards of professionalism, work ethics and team spirit.
  • Proactive team player and able to work independently.
  • Age range preferably 20-35
