Job Description

• Study fashion trends, textile design and anticipate designs that will appeal to consumers
• Able to conceptualize and produce fashion designs of recognised domestic standards that meet the changing needs of the local textile and apparel 
• Identifying the latest fabric trends, developments and innovations
• Identifying the latest and up-coming muslimah design trends 
• Analyzing muslimah design trends in fabrics, colors and shapes
• Coordinate product QC to ensure the quality of the factory's production is always outstanding and fulfill company requirement.
• Responsible in identifying new designs and sellable
• Visit manufacturers to get fabric samples and liaise with vendors or suppliers.
• Select fabrics, embellishments, colours, or style for each garment or accessory

Job Requirements

• Qualification : SPM & above.
• Minimum 3 years of fashion garment industry experience. Preferably with relevant experience in any garment field.
• Excellent experienced and understanding market trend in textile 
• Outstanding verbal communication skills, interpersonal, and team skills.
• Have good interest on muslimah fashion trends
• In-depth understanding with local market, especially local culture for costume
• Self-driven with a motivation and desire to succeed
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Posses own transport
• Energetic and good supervising skills.
• Experience on computer-aided design programs to create design will be a plus
