Job Description

• Sales : Constantly searching for new customers to promote company products.
• To attend & schedule appointment with sales lead channeled to you.
• To achieve sales target set by company.
• Basic tailoring knowledge: Explain/recommend product range. Perform body measurement once client place order. (training will be provided)
• Communication Skills: You will need to explain/answer to customers about their inquiries on Malay’s traditional costumes (aka Baju Kurung, Jubah & etc)
• You must posses own transport to visit client (take measurement & deliver products)
• Flexibility: You will need to plan the working hours according to client conveniences.
• Excellent customer service skills. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

• Female candidate would be highly preferred as our workplace requires you to interact with mostly female clients. 
• Qualification : SPM & above.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or service line work experience. Preferably with relevant experience in sales and services field.
• Basic tailoring knowledge will be a plus!
• Outstanding verbal communication skills, interpersonal, and team skills.
• In-depth understanding with local market, especially local culture for costume
• Self-driven with a motivation and desire to succeed
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Posses own transport
