Job Description

• Study fashion trends and anticipate designs that will appeal to consumers
• Analyzing trends in fabrics, colors and shapes
• Making sketches, drafting by hand and on computers
• Sew the sample and prototype
• Coordinate product QC to ensure the quality of the factory's production is always outstanding and fulfill company requirement.
• Responsible in developing new designs and sellable
• Visit manufacturers to get fabric samples and liaise with vendors or suppliers.
• Select fabrics, embellishments, colours, or style for each garment or accessory
• Present design ideas to the director.
• Ensure production schedule is per plan
• Costing work and follow-up on production & delivery schedule

Job Requirements

• Qualification : SPM & above.
• Minimum 1 year of fashion garment industry experience. Preferably with relevant experience in any garment field.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills, interpersonal, and team skills.
• Have good interest on muslimah fashion trends
• In-depth understanding with local market, especially local culture for costume
• Self-driven with a motivation and desire to succeed
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Posses own transport
• Energetic and good supervising skills.
• Experience on computer-aided design programs to create design will be a plus
