Job Description

• Manage and inspire your internal or external digital marketing, community marketing and creative team members in order for your marketing strategies to achieve great commercial results
• Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising
• Manage or execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, affiliate and display advertising campaigns together with your team
• Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts, including impact on lead flow, platform conversion, customer LTV and retention rates

Job Requirements

• You have experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. You will be comfortable with a brand-wide strategy while able to be hands-on if necessary, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs, a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand and achieving a great commercial result through marketing
