Job Description

Strategy:

To discover and bring in new brands and products that are aligned with Favful's positioning
To participate in brainstorming sessions for promotional campaigns

Stock Management & Order Fulfillment:

Examining sales-related metrics and make appropriate stock purchasing
To do stock count and check the state of the product when receiving stock
To pack and arrange delivery for customer’s orders

Customer Service:

To reply to customer’s needs efficiently and supportively, leading to customer satisfaction

Product & Shop Management:

To create product and promotional offers and ensure these are uploaded precisely.
To ensure live discounts and prices reflected on site are always true and accurate

Job Requirements

Able to handle and prioritize tasks in an organised and efficient manner.
Proactively completes daily tasks and is competent in problem-solving.
Communicates effectively with team members and customers.
Has an open mind and is driven to working in a fast-paced startup.
Positive can-do attitude with a helpful nature.
Customer service and/or e-commerce experience is an added advantage.
