Job Description
- Handling all video productions (storyboarding, shooting, editing, post-production, and motion graphic) that will be used on all online platforms
- Collaborating with the content marketing team in developing creative and exciting videos that resonate with ESPL’s multicultural gamer audience
- Working closely with the project management team to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Collaborate with livestream production teams to implement and ensure standardised quality execution across all regions
- Research and implement industry best practices to create effective video content
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency
Job Requirements
- At least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies/Cinematography/Videography or any related fields
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
- Must have a reel or portfolio of work to demonstrate skills and abilities which should be attached / linked to the application
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
- Experience with digital technology and editing software (e.g DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, and any other video editor applications)
- Ability to work long hours with the team and within tight deadlines.
- Strong time and project management skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills, disciplined, hardworking, high dedication, and care for the business
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial mindset. Not afraid to work independently when required. Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Inquisitive and willing to quickly learn and master new skills
- Experienced in esports or game publishing
- Hobbies include playing competitive mobile/PC games
- Passion in esports and/or competitive video games
