Job Description
We are a leading digital insurance marketplace platform in Malaysia with a vision of changing the insurance landscape to make insurance easier to compare, customize and buy instantly online for our customers. The Market Analyst is expected to play a crucial role within the organisation, focusing on consumer insights, commercial insights and shopper insights. The individual will need to organise all data, insights and trends to provide recommendations of plans forward in order to maintain and grow the category.
- Gather, Analyse and Generate insights on Market Indicators (Industries, Customers and Competitors)
- Coordinate and Maintain Industry Segments Market Model (tracked competitors, Untrack competitors, Segment Distribution)
- Support qualitative and quantitative research on adjacent market opportunities covering potential partner and customer.
- Develop strategic recommendations and quality solutions for company especially on the platform user experience.
- Collate and tabulate data systematically and accurately.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any related fields from a reputable university
- Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in market research company
- Students still enrolled in degree courses are encouraged to apply
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly adaptable, pro-active
