Job Description

Responsible for the planning, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns, these are some of the tasks involved:

  • Creating SEO-optimised content across the entire digital infrastructure.
  • Campaign management.
  • Tracking and analyzing important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotes, and target audiences.
  • Preparing regular internal reports that provide insight into the performance.
  • Working to key performance indicators and increasing relevant conversions.
  • Organizing and promoting industry events such as launches, networking events, giveaways and etc.
  • Maintaining industry relevancy by identifying and analyzing the latest digital trends and tech developments in mobile marketing.
  • Work within the budget and timeline given.
  • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
  • Administer the website(s) and social media platforms.
  • Keep abreast of current trends in marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Marketing: Knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques including SEO, PPC, social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing, and Facebook Pixel.
  • Copywriting: Write and edit content across various digital platforms and blog posts
  • Professional communication: Excellent public speaking skills and the confidence to brainstorm with the team and industry contacts
  • Analytical and reporting: Experience in using major analytics programs – specifically Google Analytics.
  • Experience in working with time-sensitive projects and tight deadlines. 
  • Project management skills: As a campaign marketer you will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects, and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns. You will need to manage the organization’s output effectively and intervene if things are going off-track.
  • Numerical skills: An additional factor favored, campaign marketer, need to be good with words and numbers. You will need to acquire data and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyze the success or otherwise of campaigns.
