• Identify, research & pursue new business leads
• Create sales proposals (involves a lot of creative thinking) & quotation
• Conduct / Lead live or virtual presentations
• Responsive in managing external business demands
• Active coordination across internal stakeholders to acquire assistance, manage project timeline, and monitor project deliverables & P&L
• Compilation of reports (review with analysis) & strategy planning to achieve KPI
• Build a sustainable relationships & keep track of external stakeholders’ contacts
• Attend industry networking conferences and social events
• Continually educate oneself, and maintain awareness of esports industry
• Lead on-boarding and sales training of new BizDev team member

Job Requirements

• Personality: Positive, Creative & Objective oriented
• Minimum 3 years of PR / brand / marketing / event agency experience
• Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
• Excel in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point is compulsory. Knowledge in creative software is a plus
• Objective-driven. Demonstrate good judgment and efficient problem solving skill
• Creative thinking in sales & marketing strategy
• Outstanding in client serving & communication skill
• Ability to work collaboratively internally and externally
• Well organized with good verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Organize task, sets priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Demonstrate good judgment and efficient problem solving skill
• Respond appropriately to evaluation and changes in work settings
• Follow updates of market trend and business news
• Knowledge in eSports is a plus
• Proven sales track record & interpersonal social skills are prioritized
• Experienced living & working in foreign countries is a plus
