Job Description

• Lead the creative team by way of managing Graphic, 3D, Proposal traffic and workload are consistently monitor their work in progress to ensure that they are on the right track. 
• To lead, guide and delegate Graphic Artists, 3D Artist, proposal maker and copywriter on various projects. 
• Arrange and attend bid review and tender briefing and necessary meetings. 
• To lead brainstorm sessions assigned and keep track of other brainstorm session outcome.
• To manage and oversee the project delegations during the proposal stage. 
• Review design, 3D, proposal and copy-writing for errors before output and final production.

• Demonstrated management skills. 
• Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure. 
• Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. 
• Creative & conversant with current/evolving digital strategies
