Job Description
Accounting Role:
- Handle and monitoring company’s full sets of accounts
- To prepare monthly cash flow report and responsible in cash flow planning and forecast
- To handle the year end reports for audit and tax schedule
- To issue Payment Voucher and make payment
- To prepare management accounts and all supporting schedules report on monthly basis
- To assist manager in preparation of monthly reports and others
Admin Duties: Internal
- To assist in all admin related work
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- General office management such as manage and ordering stationery; maintain and upkeep office environment
- Record documents in and out daily basis
- Any other duties as required, which are consistent with the grade and nature of the post
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI, Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Full-Time position available
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
