Job Description
- Receive and process membership declarations made via the web portal
- Verify declarations, including members' personal information and payment details
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Compile monthly sales reports
Support the Marketing & Sales Department with other administrative tasks, if requested
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Admin, or other related field of study
- Proven work experience of at least 3 years as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Executive
- Knowledge in word processing and spreadsheet software

Since 1998 when we first started, we have assisted the two national car manufacturers, Proton and Perodua, to launch their loyalty programs. Proton through their marketing arm, Edaran Otomobil Nasional launched their “Sahabat EON” program whilst Perodua launched their “Perodua Smart Assist” program. All emergency motoring services were outsourced to Fastlane. From then, we have expanded our emergency response services from the motoring industry to the security industry.
Today, we are able to offer complete security solutions to clients. We are also able to provide customised programs to add value to loyalty programs.
