Response Center Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Response Center Emergency Officers.
- Maintain response center database by entering and verifying information that has been keyed-in.
- Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting any malfunctions promptly.

- Possess a Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum two (2) years experience in a Call-Center environment.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Working knowledge of MS-Office.
- Tech savvy with knowledge of telephony and relevant computer programs, including CMS systems.
- Ability to write reports fluently in English.
- Prepared to work shifts.

Since 1998 when we first started, we have assisted the two national car manufacturers, Proton and Perodua, to launch their loyalty programs. Proton through their marketing arm, Edaran Otomobil Nasional launched their “Sahabat EON” program whilst Perodua launched their “Perodua Smart Assist” program. All emergency motoring services were outsourced to Fastlane. From then, we have expanded our emergency response services from the motoring industry to the security industry.
Today, we are able to offer complete security solutions to clients. We are also able to provide customised programs to add value to loyalty programs.
