Job Description

GENERAL MANAGER
 Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all business operations to achieve corporate goals of the Company.
  • Develop strategic plan for the Company by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting analysis, and recommending objectives.
  • Supporting the sales & marketing teams and key account managers, in retention of existing clients.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs, and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
  • Anticipate client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Improve internal processes and ensure employees work as a cohesive unit.

CONTACT CALL CENTER OPERATIONS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Emergency Response Center (ERC) Officer performance reviews, access needs, cost / benefit analysis, and other operational strategy assessments.
  • Answer ERC Officers’ questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by ERC Officers.
  • Establish high standards for productivity, quality, customer service, as well as define user guidelines.
  • Manage and improve ERC performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits, and quality assurance measures.
  • Summarize, collect, and analyse Call / Contact Center trends and data for regular performance reports.
  • Oversee system maintenance and upgrade implementation. Call for repairs and troubleshooting as and when needed.

ADMIN ASSISTANT TO CHAIRMAN
Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects as assigned by the Chairman related to diverse lines of business, community, and personal interests with inter-related activities and relationships.
  • Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Chairman, staff, business partners, and customers. Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment, and facilities as appropriate.
  • Works closely with other team members to assure the Chairman’s preparation for meetings, presentations or other engagements.
  • Handles financial and accounting matters for the chairman with confidentiality.
  • Carries out responsibilities with professionalism, respect for others, in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

    DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
    Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop social media platforms, post up-to-date contents and information and provide monthly analytics report to Management.
  • To propose, plan and manage online advertising and social media accounts.
  • To review, analyze, deploy and identify latest trends/technologies affecting Safety & Security industry.
  • To plan strategies so to drive traffic and engagement across social media platforms.
  • Regular monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor’s analysis report.
  • Community engagement with social media users and respond to any digital queries.
  • Monitor mobile application backend functions with supplier and provide monthly summary report to management.

Job Requirements

GENERAL MANAGER
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Management or Masters in Business Administration, with at least five (5) years of relevant working experience.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating diverse teams.
  • Expert in financial management and persistent business will to succeed.

CONTACT CENTER OPERATIONS MANAGER
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field and with at least five (5) years of managerial experience, preferably in customer service or call center environments.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
  • Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate employees.
  • Decisiveness and attention to detail.

ADMIN ASSISTANT TO CHAIRMAN
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Studies, Management, or equivalent, with at least three (3) years of relevant working experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • High proficiency in MS Office.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Requirements:
  •  Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
  • 3 years of experience as a marketing and business  development or similar role
  • Outstanding presentation skill
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written), familiar with social media
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
