Job Description
· Provide regular checks and maintenance to the existing hardware and computer systems used in the ERC.
· Supervising Emergency Response Center Officers (ERCO) as they provide support for customers and .guiding them through difficult calls or issues, and diffusing angry customers.
· Installing and configuring new technology to be used by the ERC, such as hardware, operating systems, and programs or applications.
· Prepare reports and analyze ERC data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Qualification
· Minimum Diploma qualification, with at least five (5) years in a Contact / Call Center environment.
· Must be familiar with Central Monitoring System(CMS) software, particularly the Patriot system.
· Knowledgeable in alarm programming and technical aspects, as well as Microsoft Office with VBA; ability to read binary codes is an added advantage.
