Job Description

• Client servicing and able to conceptualise, and develop detailed proposals (PowerPoint) for client based on requirement
• Manage day-to-day project planning and operational delivery (include coordinate and manage suppliers/contractors) with support of Event & Marketing Exec
• Oversee pre-event planning, operations and logistics, such as event set up and dismantle, and event-day operations, ensuring all run smoothly and efficiently 
• Manage a team and plan out manpower for projects, including work roster for crew
• Delivering events on time within budget that meet client expectation
• Develop event marketing proposal based on requirements and execute with support of Event & Marketing Exec
• Develop event & company marketing collateral based on requirement accordingly 
• Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events
• Research opportunities for new clients and events

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Written and Spoken); able to speak Korean will be an added advantage 
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Required Skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Illustration and PowerPoint. Knowledge in After Effect and Sketch Up will be added advantage
• Preferably Manager specialised in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
• Posses own transport and willing to travel
• Able to work late if necessary
