Job Description
- Determine and define the project scope and the objective of each project
- Establish resources needed to reach project objectives and manage resources in an efficient manner
- Responsible for collecting information required to start projects or any given tasks, preparing detailed plans, determining resource allocation, deliverable timelines, and possible issues/red flags
- Verify and analyze data as well as information gathered to support the direction of a specific task/project, and recommend improvements
- Prepare detailed project schedules and work plans for each project
- Prepare and present project updates on a consistent basis to key stakeholders surrounding strategy, adjustments, red flags, and progress
- Act as the main source of information regarding tasks in hand and projects
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as and when needed, as well as being responsible for measuring project performance to identify any areas for improvement
- Review project costs (if any) to meet the budget in order to maintain secure growth and successful project completion
Job Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in the E-Commerce and/or Fashion
- Experience in working with commercial partners across multiple categories
- Ability to strategically plan and implement projects with a high level of detail and complexity
- Having an analytical background is ideal as it helps in this role
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive can-do approach and solution-orientated style
