Job Description
- To design and develop products for the Brand assigned, and Group where needed. Working closely with the Creative and Supply Chain Team on an ongoing basis to ensure products suit the customer and market.
- To produce draft design mockups, varying on collections. However, main tasks are more focused on print placement, colouring different colourways and finishing design illustrations.
- To assist in print and artwork placements, different colourways and variations, and garment detail mock-ups.
- To assist with the preparation of presentation boards (mood boards, colour boards, design research)
- To assist in conducting fitting sessions, product testings and quality control at sampling stage to ensure the new product design is interpreted and manufactured to the correct standard, and to prepare tech sheets to be passed to Supply Chain team for production, following the timeline set.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of design experience.
- High Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong ability to sketch and draw flats/technical illustration by hand and digitally in Illustrator.
- Knowledge in garment constructing and embroidery
- Must demonstrate a strong understanding of patterns and print placement.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
