Job Description
- Managing the day to day running of the Creative Studio; managing all studio operations, making full use of project management and collaboration tools.
- ensuring efficiency and timelines within the team are met
- facilitating smooth communication between the art department and the marketing team
- ensuring contents on all platforms are according to the brand guidelines
- oversee studio equipment and suggest upgrades if needed.
- Setting up systems and processes so that the studio and the wider agency are aware of how the creative studio operates.
- Manages the multi-disciplinary studio team which may comprise a range of designers, creative directors, digital skills, and freelancers; setting daily priorities and supporting CPD for the team.
Job Requirements
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in campaign/brand coordination
- Attention to fine detail, enthusiasm for operational process improvement, proven success in project management/coordination, ability to prioritize, and an expert communicator.
- Must have strong interpersonal, cross-cultural, and communication skills.
- Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced, large team environment.
- Must also be able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Skilled with Adobe applications including inDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications. Skilled in general art working, press preparation and possibly website content updates.
- University/College Degree Preferred
