Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train trade consultants, including products, platforms, solutions and all other aspects of the sales process.
  • Understand our current promotional campaign objectives and advise clients on any upcoming product developments;
  • Provide professional business support to our clients, including assistance with account openings;
  • Work and introduce IB partners that could generate additional business to the company;
  • Offer training and education to new & existing Trade Consultants so they can assist clients on the use of platforms, systems and trading products in order to boost their market knowledge, to help them make more informed decisions regarding trading volumes and deposits;
  • Provide regular feedback to the management on the success of promotional campaigns, leads status, client requirements and market trends;
  • Monitor and verify that Trade Consultants are converting warm leads into active trading clients, leading through training, consultations with the Trade Consultants and leading by example when necessary;
  • Monitor the follow up on all leads by Trade Consultants via various channels including phone, Skype and f2f to confirm compliance and sales effectiveness;
  • Assist with seminars, webinars and events (overseas travel may be required);
  • Responsible for achievement of KPIs by the Trade Consultant team.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma educated and ability to demonstrate basic understanding of financial markets;
  • Experience in FX markets, passion for sales and speaking to people about financial markets;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English;
  • High degree of self-motivation and flexible approach to teamwork.
  • At least 5 year of professional experience in a fast-paced sales role, ideally within brokerage financial services;
  • Good career advancement, excellent working environment & attractive commission scheme.
