About The Job

In this role, you will:
  • Collaborate with our customers to effectively identify their needs and communicate considerate solutions through phone, email, live chat.
  • Provide support and guidance to our clients and prospective clients.
  • Work along internal stakeholders and product owners to identify opportunities for bettering client engagement and grow client portfolios’ key metrics.
  • You will be answering incoming inquiries from customers, educating them on our product offerings and supporting them on their client journeys - organizational skills will be critical.
  • You will regularly liaise with our internal teams to eliminate any frictions during the on-boarding process and to ensure that all applications are dealt with in line with the company’s processes. 
  • Once you are familiarized with and understand our company’s sales and service processes and techniques, you will make outbound calls to initiate a dialogue with the customers.
  • You will keep accurate record of client communications you will regularly update CRM entries and record all your sales and service activities.

Job Requirements

  • April / May 2021 Intake
  • Excellent written and verbal fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
  • Fluency in the following additional languages is plus-point: Bahasa Indonesian, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Skilled negotiator with strong influencing skills, able to communicate effectively and with enthusiasm.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about ongoing development and steep learning curve.
  • A flair for sales and delivering best in class customer service.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within financial services.
  • Have a clear, informative and professional communication style.
  • Easily adaptable to changing priorities with passion for creative problem-solving.
  • Educated to a diploma/degree level.
  • Able to work noon shifts (2pm-11pm) and weekend shift on rotational basis; shift allowance will be provided accordingly.
