Job Description

• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Responsible in project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor and track project’s process, mitigate risks and handle any issues that arise
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow updated and on track.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all stakeholders.
• Prepare and compile paperwork related to projects, authority submissions, sales proposal, tenders and client management.
• Create and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, and ensures that they are properly filed and stored.
• Liaise with the relevant authorities below on relevant licence, financing, and other forms of applications.

• SEDA Submission, ST Public License Application, GTFS Application and MDV Application

Job Requirements

• Experienced working in Engineering/Project support roles will be an added advantage
• Preferably a Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration, other equivalent qualifications will be considered
