Job Description

• Will need to head to travel to project sites, as and when requested, for video shooting and to produce images for marketing purposes
• Oversee and develop ideas and strategies, design and implementation, for marketing campaigns towards business goals
• Updates product execution through daily reports to the Marketing Manager
• Conducts research and analyses data to define and identify target audiences 
• Writes and proofreads creative copy
• Maintains website and interpret data analytics
• Organise events and product exhibitions
• Update databases using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Coordinates internal marketing materials through understanding organisational culture
• Manages and monitors performance on all marketing campaigns, including social media
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans, and forecasts using graphically curated materials to achieve business objectives
• Visits prospects and explain to them about solar power needs and provide solar solutions through marketing materials (digital, print and video)
• Determines marketing opportunities, tracking competitor activities and provides valuable input for product enhancement and fine-tuning of marketing strategies

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and basic video editing
• Thorough understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistical methods. 
• Good knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices. 

• Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline. 
• Min 1 year of relevant working experience. 
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, and marketing software (e.g. CRM). 
• Proficient with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends). 
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities. 
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
