Job Description

• Installing and configuring company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitoring and maintaining company’s computer systems and networks including company’s Google Workspace, OneDrive and etc.
• Handle VPN access & Domain Server and troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues, including Server set up and PC/laptop setup.
• Providing onsite and or offsite support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports across all other departments.
• Responsible in supporting of Office Automation (Printers, Fax, MFPs and others).
• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology Hardware, Software and Licensing.
• Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, virus protection, and email security Perform data backups to ensure all company-owned work is saved.
• Researching, testing and evaluating new technology that can improve company operation.
• Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Those without required qualification but relevant experience will be considered.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good and positive work attitude, willing to share/ learn and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin will be an added advantage
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar in SQL Server, IT networking, Hardware and ERP system and Servers (Windows /Linux) will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Windows, Windows Server (active directory), Network Administrator, Support and Troubleshooting is required.
• Good command in programming language such as HTML/XHTML, CSS etc is required.
