Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist handle full set of company accounts independently, and Assist Account’s Manager to prepare reports, other ad-hoc tasks when required.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly management accounts and financing reporting and other related schedules with compliance to accounting standards and company policies.
- Liaison with the supplier on quotation and third party like logistic company for shipping coordination.

Job Requirements:
- Candidate shall possess at least LCCI or Diploma certificate equivalent.
- Able to assist handle full set of company accounts independently, and Assist Account’s Manager to prepare reports, other ad-hoc tasks when required.
- Knowledge in GST and Knowledge in the Auto count accounting system.
- Candidate knowledge in procurement and logistic is preferable.
- Chinese speaker preferred.
