Job Description

Responsibilities 
  • To formulate, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve functional effectiveness and product differentiation while ensuring that overall company strategy objectives are met.
  • Work closely with Project and Marketing team on meeting annual sales target, project costing and budgeting, cost control and gross margin analysis.
  • To review, revise and recommend overall sales targets to achieve departmental business plan goals.          
  • Lead, develop and coach sales team towards meeting sales targets.          
  • To establish and maintain guidelines, best practices, SOPs and related legislation to ensure compliance as well as effective knowledge management.
  • To forecast and plan out the required manpower for the department and to assign the marketing and sales staffs to the appropriate projects to have optimal allocation of resources.
  • Develop strong network collaboration and partnership with agents, bankers and lawyers while building a solid customer database.  
  • Build strong rapport and response to prospects enquiries with excellence service to maintain high customer satisfaction level.
  • To maintain and accumulate a database of prospects in PMS (Prospect Management System) in order to create consistent channel of potential customers in the future.
  • To carry out market survey, compile and analyse data to assist management in determining market trends and customer needs.
  • To be responsible on closing sales, compile & report sales progress to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • To be familiar with the property and industry knowledge in order to provide prospects with accurate information.
  • To be constantly updated on competitor product in the market and build network with personnel across the same industry to gain first hand industry information in order to develop strategic approach towards prospects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor / Post Graduate Degree in Business Management / Administration / Marketing / Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Sales & Marketing in the property  industry, with minimum of 3 years’ experience in managerial position or experience with handling high net-worth customer.
  • Knowledge of property and market status is a must to be able to drive and execute sales plans and campaigns.
  • Proactive, resourceful with proven sales track record.
  • Pleasant personality, independent, strong leadership, teamwork, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be proficient in English and Mandarin language.
