Job Description
- Provide sales administrative support to sales department inclusive of preparing quotation, sales invoice, credit note, debit note and delivery order
- To assist in tender preparation and submission for system’s product, data entry, ensure proper documentation arrangement, record & filling.
- Coordinate mails, courier and follow up of goods delivery
- Handle customer calls, complaints and provide timely feedback on customer order status to manager
- Any other administrative or sales order or customer service related tasks assigned by management.
- Actively involved in formulating sales strategy and some other ad hoc duties
- Responsible for order processing
- Review sales and order performance
Job Requirements
- Languages - English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin
- With 1 year experience.
