Job Description

Responsibilities: 
  • To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a network solution
  • Provide technical solutions in a professional and timely manner that fit customer’s technical and financial requirement
  • Provide tender response on RFP/RFI and to meet all tender deadlines
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations to both internal and external audiences
  • Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations
  • Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, to include-activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes
  • To structure and produce compelling sales proposal/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients
  • Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery 

Job Requirements

Requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Pre-Sales for system solutions
  • Must be customer-centric and have a passion in delivering innovative solutions
  • Strong knowledge in Internet and network technologies
  • Working knowledge in Datacenter, Internet connectivity, Private Network, Hosting is advantageous
  • Expertises in supporting Sales in the area of prequalifying account/accessing solution requirements/technical presentation on network and storage solutions
  • Must possess good communication skills both oral and written in English including great customer focus
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
