Job Description

• Graphic Designing - Design Marketing material for both online and offline sales & marketing Channel (ie: perform photo shooting, editing, touch-up, simple desgining & etc)
• Copy Writing - company profile, product catalogue, website & etc 
• Manage & maintain company's website & e-commerce platform or marketplaces 
• Plan and organize for e-commerce campaign and promotion sessions 
• Arrange for stock replenishment once the stock level is low on any e-commerce online store
• Ensure all e-commerce platforms are well function which includes updating sales promotions, campaigns, discounts etc.
• Manage customer enquiry & expectation on e-commerce platform 
• Set up company online shop on new e-commerce platform 
• Proof read all contents on e-commerce website and marketplaces before posting 
• Monitor sales performance & marketing effort and devise effective strategies accordingly 
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned and required by the management

Job Requirements

• At least Diploma in e-Commerce, Business, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or any equivalent field
• Possess at least 1 year of working experience in the e-commerce industry, preferably F&B. 
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Malay & Mandarin 
• Experienced in basic photography, photo-editing, copy-writing and video-editing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AI & PS 
• Highly self-motivated, attention to details, sales-oriented and passionate in e-commerce
• Able to work under minimum supervision & under pressure
• Fresh graduates or without working experience are encourage to apply
