We are a leading software house providing complete system solution to the stockbroking and investment banking industry. To support the growth of our business, we seek a passionate and well-rounded individual to join us as System Engineer.
System Engineer is an integral part of our vibrant team in Customer Service Department. He/She has excellent technical competency to provide system support and troubleshoot issues for our customers operating in mission critical environment. The candidate is responsible to manage and monitor systems and network infrastructure, which include installation, configuration, troubleshooting, OS security hardening, patches and upgrades of software and hardware.
The ideal candidate must have strong customer service orientation, possess an analytical mind to resolve issues systematically and able to perform under time pressure, communicate effectively with customers and understand the importance of prioritisation to get things done efficiently.

Job Requirements
· Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
· Minimum 1 year working experience in related field
· Excellent technical skills in TCPIP, configuration and troubleshooting PC and server hardware knowledge
· Experience in Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare, Active Directory, Windows Server and Microsoft Office
· Able to work independently
· Proactive, resourceful and a team player
· Understanding of stock market industry is an added advantage
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
