About The Job

  • To carry out external CRM activities, including attending events, exhibitions and assist in evaluating CRM campaigns.
  • To understand customer's need, and act as consultants to provide best personalized experience to customer's under your care, using various support channels such as whatsapp, email, call, live chat.
  • To proactively offer ideas to improve customers issues and challenges. 
  • To analyze statistic to determine level of customer service.
  • Work closely with designers and printers, to do proof reading copy, and ensure manage production of accessories materials, such as leaflets, posters, flyers.
  • Work closely with your team, to provide and add value for customer.
  • Reporting, documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in CRM related is required for this position.
  • Familiar with e-commerce industry is a plus. Familiar with sales cold calls, telemarketing, coordinate customer relationship operations, handling customer complaints and feedback, good communicator.
  • Personal attributes: a team player, good interpersonal skills, with logical mind, able to provide fast response, creative problem solving, multitask.
  • Good command of English and Chinese is a must (spoken and written).
  • Location of work at Sungai Petani, Kedah.
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday ; 8.30am – 1.00pm Alternate Saturday
