Job Description

• Responsible to interact with customer's via different communication channels or platform, including telephone, email, live chat, Whatsapp, social media and marketing materials. Using CRM approach to understand how to best cater to customer's needs, focusing on customer retention to ultimately drive sales growth.
• To proactively offer ideas to improve customers satisfaction, add value for customer.
• To analyze statistic to determine level of customer service.
• To work closely with cross departments including designer and printer, to manage production of marketing materials, such as leaflets, posters, flyer.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in CRM related is required for this position.
• Fresh graduate who passionate in this field are welcome to join us.
• Familiar with e-commerce industry is a plus. Familiar with sales cold calls, telemarketing, coordinate customer relationship operations, handling customer complaints and feedback, good communicator.
• Personal attributes: a team player, good interpersonal skills, with logical mind, able to provide fast response, creative problem solving, multitask.
• Good command of English and Chinese is a must (spoken and written).
• Location of work at Sungai Petani, Kedah.
• 3 Full-Time positions available.
• *We follow 5 days work
