  • Planning and developing merchandising strategies to drive business performance.
  • Planning online promotions, and seasonal campaigns, future campaign strategies.
  • Day to day site promotional execution: banner setup, promotion setup, site configurations, landing page creation, redirect setup.
  • Work closely with Email Marketing and Digital Content team to ensure all available assets are elevated across sites.
  • Understand product behaviors to improve relevancy onsite experience.
  • Focus on improving onsite search, site productivity, to improve product findability, to generate maximum product engagement, improve conversion and sales per order.
  • Responsible for assortment (slow movers, missing products, etc), display, cross-up-sell, new product presentation for the purpose of revenue generation.
  • Analyse competitor product merchandising, and identify opportunities to improve merchandising and the customer experience across the site  and various product categories to grow online business and sales.
  • Maintain and review daily, weekly sales performance.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holders, with 2 - 5 years working experience in online merchandising.
  • You are comfortable doing things in a technology based environment and driving improvements with technical tools.
  • Experience in e-commerce platform, managing a portfolio of digital and websites.
  • Ability to make site placement decisions based on customer insights and data.
  • Excellent English written and communication skills is required.
  • Location of work at Sungai Petani, Kedah.
