Job Description

• Develop a strategic plan and oversee the implementation and execution of various efforts associated with the plan to achieve assigned sales target, increase customer retention, and expand customer base.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships to generate revenue, grow online traffic and/or strengthen the corporate brand.
•  Manage and prioritise all opportunities to enhance customer relationships.
• Identify and develop customer relationship best practices, continually improve its effectiveness.
• Carry out market research and customer surveys, brand positioning, monitor competitor activity and analyse price positioning.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies and proposed for new business opportunities.
• Understanding customer's needs and identify up-selling/cross-selling opportunities to expand customer base.
• Support the handling of initial contact for new leads and follow up on quotations issued.
• Run sales campaigns end-to-end through multiple communication channels and conduct post-campaign analytics.
• Facilitate and manage to maintain a customer-focused culture to contribute towards creating lifetime value for customers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in CRM.
• Familiar with sales cold calls, telemarketing, managing customers complaints and feedback.
• Able to effectively coordinate and organize customer relationship operations to ensure a satisfied clientele.
• Loves to communicates with customers.
• Proven ability in creative problem solving and good logical thinking.
• Ability to lead team members achieving desire results.
