  • Accountable for staff quality in prompt responding to customer requests and work with customers to minimize / solve problems and complaints.
  • Analyze data and prepares reports on customer service and collection activities.
  • Establish and monitor customer contact procedures to ensure quality service.
  • Plan and implement strategic customer service program / improvement to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Responsible to handle bulk orders and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of internal functions and process workflow.
  • Liaise with internal / cross departments for complain and data report to make sure preventive action been taken.
  • Work closely with immediate superior when necessary to provide idea for development / improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Studies / Marketing or any field.
  • Working Experience : Minimum 3 years experience as Customer Service.
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in written & spoken in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate.
  • Positive working attitude, self motivated, proactive, good team player.
  • Location of work at Sungai Petani, Kedah.
