About The Job

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for leading the sales team to meet and exceed the sales goal.
  • Develop and executing sales strategies that drive revenue for the company.
  • Develop measurable metrics and KPI for the sales team to focus on. 
  • Work closely with all team members to drive strategic.
  • Monitor the changes and developments in the industry continuously. 
  • Closely monitoring competitor activities and planning for the strategies. 
  • Optimize and evaluate the sales process continuously and recommend improvements. 
  • Effectively develop detailed revenue forecasting and monitor the sales forecast consistently.  
  • Build strong pipelines and ensure weekly updates of all opportunities.
  • Leads and develop major accounts to be successfully on boarded. 
  • Work collaboratively across all Exabytes’ sales team (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia) to facilitate growth across our products. 

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent. 
  • At least 5 years working experience in sales, marketing, product development or related experience.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
  • Possess excellent knowledge and experience in pitching and presenting to large enterprise clients on direct acquiring and issuing processing contract.
  • Possess leadership skills to motivate and lead the sales team towards the goals. 
  • Strong analytical skills are required to identify new markets and their needs. 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Able to communicate effectively with all management.
  • Highly motivated and result driven. 
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
