Job Description

• We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager with 6 – 8 years of experience in brand, digital, and social media marketing.
• The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; possesses strong analytical skills; a strategic thinker, and a planner who doesn’t mind diving into the day-to-day execution.
• Independent and able to lead projects from planning to implementation.
• Experience in copywriting and content creation will be an advantage.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management are preferred.

• Brand management: Brand development, management, and governance for a portfolio of brands under the EW Group
• Campaign management: Plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns, ensuring the final toolkit delivered are of high quality and of relevance to each market, with a high adoption rate. Track measure and report campaign performance against objectives and KPIs.
• Research / insights: Develop surveys to uncover member insights utilising own survey platform and / or collaborate with research agency for market research.
• Admin: Budget and administrative support

Job Requirements

• Degree and above in Marketing/ Business Studies or its equivalent with 6 - 8 years of experience in marketing.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Interest and passion in the fitness industry will be an advantage.
• Pleasant disposition, strong communication, and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, team player, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel as and when required.
