Job Description

• Perform routine maintenance and first level of application support related to software. 
• Report development and customisation as per agreed user requirement 
• Testing and debugging to ensure smooth deployment and implementation
• Analyse, follow-up and resolve any support enquiries from customers and partners.
• Able to understand customer request and provide training to the users on software application

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate
• Diploma or Certificates in Information Technology / Computer Sciences or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Required Skill(s): Good attitude with strong sense of responsibility, Positive thinking and good interpersonal skills.
• Experience in POS / ERP / Accounting Software Support will have added advantages.
• Able to write and communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chines
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
